Since graduating from the University of Florida in 1998, Trent has been a key player in the Tampa Bay market. As a licensed professional engineer in the State of Florida since 2003, he has expertise in a wide range of land development projects, from residential master-planned communities to large-scale commercial projects. Trent founded Level Up in August of 2018 in Tampa and expanded our offices to Orlando in 2022. By the beginning of 2024 the company had grown from 3 engineers to a team of 40 engineers, landscape architects, and planners and that number continues to increase. Trent’s hands-on experience with both project design and day-to-day office management makes him an invaluable leader focused on providing exceptional client service. His commitment to fostering growth, both for his team and his clients, sets him apart in the industry.

When Trent isn’t working, he enjoys quality time with his family, whether it’s playing board games or building Legos with his son. His love for teamwork and friendly competition carries over into every aspect of his life, especially on college football game days. As a proud former Gator, Trent can often be found tailgating and cheering on his team, dressed in the signature orange and blue of his alma mater. This same competitive spirit, combined with his leadership skills, drives Trent to excel in the civil engineering industry, making him a key force behind the company’s continued growth and success.

Eric isn’t just about making things work—he’s about making them work smoothly. Eric graduated from Florida State University in 2003 and became a licensed engineer in 2008, in that time he has been perfecting the art of engineering design and management. He’s played a critical role in overseeing large-scale master plan communities that have changed the face of local development. Known for his sharp eye for detail, Eric leads the office’s design standards and is the go-to guy for solving complex technical challenges. Beyond his technical skills, his ability to mentor and lead his team makes him an indispensable part of the firm.

Outside of work, Eric is a family man who thrives on creating memorable experiences with loved ones. Balancing a passion for family and fun, Eric can often be found cheering on his son at baseball games or exploring new restaurants around the Tampa Bay area. A seasoned traveler, Eric enjoys family vacations that take them to new and exciting destinations, while also staying grounded by cheering for their favorite teams—Florida State University and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His commitment to fostering connections both at home and in the office reflects the same dedication and leadership that make him invaluable to our company.

Brandon brings a fresh perspective to the world of engineering. A class of 2008 University of Central Florida graduate and a professionally licensed engineer since 2015, he has managed and designed everything from residential builds to commercial projects, always with a focus on efficiency and innovation. Colleagues know Brandon for his smarts and technical expertise, but it’s his pragmatic approach that sets him apart – clients appreciate his ability to deliver results on time and on budget.

Brandon may be an expert in engineering, but he’s just as skilled on the water. A South Florida native and pro on the reef, Brandon spends his free time fishing and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and kids. If you see him out on the water, don’t hesitate to ask what he’s caught—he’s always happy to share a lobster or snapper for the road. When he’s not out fishing, Brandon’s busy managing residential and commercial projects across the state, always focused on delivering results that keep clients coming back
